Archive note

A lost arcade cabinet advertisement from the late 1970s, based on Terry Gilliam's 1998 film adaptation of Hunter S. Thompson's novel. The poster depicts two men in suits—one in brown with a Panama hat and sunglasses, the other in cream with a red shirt—standing before a wall of humming arcade machines. The imagery suggests a playable narrative experience through a Las Vegas fever dream, though no such cabinet ever reached production. Collectors of unfinished licensed properties and alternate video game histories will recognize this as evidence of a deal between GONZO Games and a distributor that never materialized.
